I hope all is well with you. By way of introduction, we represent Ms. Zeeman and wanted to follow up with you on the quote/timeline. By way of amendment, the survey would be of both lots plus an area between the two properties which will be conveyed to Ms. Zeeman. That being said, we will need a legal description for the area being conveyed and a legal description, as amended, for each lot. We can meet you at the property for the survey and show you where the new lines will be. We can also have a call in advance to discuss the new lines; I will look through my file and see if we have a survey with a markup that shows where the new lines will be. Can you please let me know the estimated cost and timeline?

Here is Gaddys survey pricing. Im scheduling it on their calendar so it can be performed this month.

Please let me know what pricing Stewart title is providing and if there are any other details Stewart title requires in this survey for the deed.

Below is the estimate:

  • Boundary, topo, tree locate survey Phase $2,400.00

    • Stake/Flag Property Lines

Timeline: Field work for the survey will commence in approximately 3-4 weeks from receipt of signed agreement.

Note: Please be aware that upon completion of survey field work, GSD will email you an invoice for the survey. Upon receipt of payment in full, the survey drawing in pdf format will be released via email.

If this price and timing works for you, please respond to this email and provide current billing address for the person/company responsible for payment. A letter agreement will be prepared and emailed to you for signing. Once the signed agreement is returned to Gaddy Surveying & Design, the project will be setup in our system and the survey field work scheduled.
