All: Took Lisa off this but I want to let you know I spoke to Mark Chastain about the survey. A couple things:
- He would like to go back out to the Property for a 10 minute visit on Monday to confirm a few measurements. I will let Ms. Zeeman know.
- As for the subpoena, there are no drafts. He has not done the final yet but is aware we do not want him to produce anything.
Do we want to file a motion for protection order on Chastain stuff?
