Status? As we discussed yesterday my client has a conflict later this afternoon he has a hard stop of 3pm so we would take his at 10am today followed by Ms. Zeemans deposition. We previously had him clear his schedule for yesterday and at the last second you said you wanted to change it to today even though we found a court reporter to use. I would like to knock Mr. Sweatmans out today, but I am worried we wont have enough time for Ms. Zeemans afterwards now. Please give me a call. Thank you.

One of my law partners is going to argue my motion on Tuesday so you can proceed with Sarah Zeeman's deposition as planned.
There may be a problem with the CR for Mr. Sweatman, so we may need to reschedule his by agreement, If this is Ok, let me know.
I should have my expert's CV by Monday. I am waiting for his report.
