Please be advised the Order Granting Consent Motion to Stay and Extend Discovery is being processed, noting the Courts additional language:

Courts addition: Counsel state they are working to mediate within 60 days. Counsel shall notify the Court of any delay to the expected timeline, and shall also promptly notify the Court of the results of mediation. Any further extension will require counsel to submit a comprehensive scheduling order.
