Having read and considered the Parties’ Joint Consent Motion to Extend Discovery in the above-styled action, and finding good cause shown, this Court hereby GRANTS the Parties’ Motion and orders that discovery be extended through September 12, 2023 and all other deadlines be extended for sixty (60) days.
Court’s addition: Final deadline extension. Discovery deadline extended for parties to complete party and expert depositions as necessary as well as exchange additional documents between the Parties. No further extensions will be granted.
