SCHEDULING ORDER This matter came before the Court for a Status Conference on March 21, 2023, in which all parties were present through their counsel of record.
The Court enters the following case
management order:
1.
Mediation:
The Court recognizes the parties previously attended Mediation and the
parties agreed to stay discovery while they continue to negotiate in good faith.
In the event the
parties do not settle their claims, the stay of discovery is lifted and the parties may resume the discovery process on April 14, 2023.

Discovery: The discovery period in this case shall end on July 14, 2023.

Dispositive Motions:
All dispositive motions shall be filed no later than August 11,
2023.
4.
Pre-Trial Order: The parties must file their consolidated pretrial order on or before
September 1, 2023.
5. Trial:
The Court anticipates that this matter will be placed on its jury trial calendar
beginning the week of September 12, 2023.
