) ORDER GRANTING CONSENT MOTION TO STAY AND EXTEND DISCOVERY

The above-styled action comes before this Court on the Parties’ Consent Motion to Stay and Extend Discovery, which was filed in this Court on July 7, 2022.

Having fully considered the record of this case, all issues raised by the Parties’ Motion, and all facts and law relevant thereto which are properly before this Court, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Parties’ Motion is GRANTED and that the initial discovery period applicable to this case is hereby stayed, pending the completion of mediation, and shall thereafter be extended for a period of 90 days.

Court’s addition: Counsel state they are working to mediate within 60 days. Counsel shall notify the Court of any delay to the expected timeline, and shall also promptly notify the Court of the results of mediation. Any further extension will require counsel to submit a comprehensive scheduling order.
