CONSENT MOTION TO STAY AND EXTEND DISCOVERY

COMES NOW Jonathan Sweatman, together with Sarah Zeeman, the Parties to the

above-styled civil action, and together move this honorable Court to extend the time permitted for discovery, showing the following: 1.

The Parties require additional time to complete certain further discovery which is necessary to achieve an efficient and just resolution of this civil action and which they have been unable to

complete to date. 2.

The parties agree that attempting to resolve the disputes giving rise to this civil action through mediation prior to incurring the costs of further discovery would aid in the just, speedy,

and efficient resolution of their claims. 3.

The Parties agree that the discovery period in this case should be stayed pending the completion of mediation, and that the discovery period should thereafter be extended for a period

of 90 days.

WHEREFORE, the Parties jointly pray:

(a) that this honorable Court enter an Order pursuant to Uniform Superior Court Rule 5.1 staying discovery, pending the completion of mediation, and thereafter extend discovery for a period of 90 days; and, (b) for such further relief as this honorable Court deems just and proper. This 7 day of July, 2022. Respectfully submitted,
