Eric,

Brett Ledermeier has been purposefully leaving my other attorney off of
emails with the city of Brookhaven attorney since June 9th*. **This is
unacceptable*.

Dekalb County Court also confirmed Brett incorrectly closed my court case
and this *is completely unacceptable.*

After over 10 requests Brett still won’t provide a signed and updated
topographical report with the legends and trees defined like I was provided
in 2024.

Please provide a qualified replacement.
