This behavior is abnormal,
Something not right is going on

Brett and all the parties were at the homes in November I have more
documentation if needed

Still no survey, all the stakes are in still in place

The surveyor hasn’t been paid and Brett’s saying he’s trying to  to have
him come a 2nd time??

Please make it make sense.
