Eric,

My other Lawyer Jeff Banks had been trying for multiple weeks to
communicate to Brett on my behalf via phone  and Brett would never answer
his phone calls - until I contacted you.

Thank you for assisting in getting Brett to answer his phone.

The neighbor’s fence still has not been moved, and is still violating the
court order called into the court record for him to move it for over a year.

His fence has been trespassing on my property for 5 years now.
