Brett,

On the evening of March 23, 2026, I received the external hard drive from
you by mail in a bubble wrap envelope without its original retail
packaging, box, or instructions. The device had originally been provided in
new condition with its original box and accompanying materials.

As a fragile electronic device, it would reasonably be expected to be
returned in its original box and shipped within a protective outer
container. The condition in which it was returned does not reflect its
original state when provided and raises concerns regarding the handling and
safeguarding of client property while in your possession.

Please send me the original box and accompanying instructions for the
device.
