Eric,
You can not put blame on a surveyor for a delay when you - the insurance
company and Brett still have not paid him for the service he performed
November 10th
The surveyor was scheduled in October, miramar/Brett never signed the
agreement, so the surveyor took another job.
Once signed with the costs defined in agreement the surveyor came on
November 10th and performed the work
As shown in Brett’s email—->Brett sat on this for 2 months - since November
10th, as he did not pay Gaddy and he just put the check in the mail
yesterday, January 13. after we left the court hearing.

Miramar and Brett are misinforming you.
