- It’s been 7 months since the court settlement

- I still do not have a survey or the transcript and the lawsuit is still
open.

- The judge is asking for the survey and Brett had not paid for it.

- Marimar lied to me and told me the wrong date to go to court and then
proceeded to ignore my emails.

I hope all is well. I wanted to follow up on the below. Is the survey
finalized with the new boundary line? I am in Court now and the Judge needs
an update as soon as possible. If the survey is finalized, with the new
legals, can you please send it over to me? The checks should be mailed over
to you today for the invoices; our books closed December 12th and weren’t
open until the new year which is why I was unable to have them sent
earlier.
