Help me understand -  How is this fiduciary to me??

As the lawyer who signed off on this court order and you  CLOSED MY CASE,
when you clearly knew the judge was signing a court order stating she had
reviewed a document, but that never occurred, and you still signed it
anyway?

How is this fiduciary to me??
