My lawyer reached out to Brett again and he was on vacation.
Meanwhile it was clearly defined at court when the fence was to be moved a
year ago and it has not moved.
Brett filed and closed the case without properly following the court’s
instructions and Brett never notified me he closed the case.
Fence has not moved - his house can be sold today and I am not protected.
