     You are ignoring the exact words of the transcript .


    It is part of your fiduciary responsibility as my lawyer to follow the court transcript, and you have not done so,  you continue to ignore my requests to comply with the court's orders.

        Gaddy was used per your request. The transcript never contemplated a re-platting, which is what you wanted. That is a material change to the agreement to the extent that receipt of the survey is now approval of the re-platting which is required for the boundary lines to change. It was agreed to by all parties that we would proceed with the re-platting. Accordingly, receipt doesnt occur until the plat is approved.

            As I stated previously, it needs to be a final plat. The requirements, per Gaddy whom you wanted to use, were that we do a re-platting, not just a simple survey. A survey would be final upon receipt and approval, but a plat isnt final until the City/County approves it. Plus, we need the final settlement agreement so everyone can execute it. They will end up seeking sanctions if we dont have the settlement done ASAP. What is the holdup on the review?
