        Yes, per my last email the Judge filed a case disposition form. This is merely an administrative task and we can still file into the case to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement.

            I never closed your case; the Judge filed a case disposition. The Order stated that it was administratively closed, per the Judges requirement, which just keeps us off a trial calendar. The Judge mandated this at the last hearing.
