Email Body
Brett,

Thank you for the update.

I am continuing to review the documents and need a complete and accurate
record before I can provide an informed response.

As I continue my review, please provide:

   - A call log for all calls with all parties on this case, along with a
summary of each call (date, participants, substance, and any
   representations made)
   - Copies of all documents submitted or provided to the Court in March
2025, including the date each document was submitted and under whose
authority those submissions were made, as these actions were performed
without my knowledge and without my specific authorization for such filed
   submissions at any time

I was not informed by you of your actions for any filings submitted to the
Court at the time they were made and only became aware of them months later
upon my personal review of the Dekalb Odyssey record, where it reflects
that my case is closed.

It appears that you, the City Attorney, and opposing counsel have treated a
redlined version of a document bearing my name as finalized and applied
approval or “stamps” to a document that appears to be commingled with
another court case, and that I have not reviewed. The stamp states
“Consented to and agreed to by,” which is not true and was not authorized
by me. This raises serious concerns regarding how this document, as well as
the filed court order, have been handled, represented, and whether they
have been presented in a manner that falsely suggests my consent.

At no time did I provide informed consent to file any submission to the
Court or the City of Brookhaven of the plat, or proposed order reflecting
agreement on my behalf.

For additional clarity, I have consistently stated that I do not agree with
the survey language, and I have not approved nor signed the plat, or any
submission made on my behalf to the Court or the City of Brookhaven in
connection with a proposed order. I have not authorized any document to be
stamped, represented as final, or submitted as if approved by me.

Please provide the requested call logs and documents, and confirm that no
representations have been made indicating my approval where none was given.

Thank you,

Sarah
