Email Body
Eric,
Please help me understand how Brett’s actions and behavior are fiduciary to
the policyholder.?
Brett Ledermeier, the lawyer Stewart retained, closed my active case
without notifying me.
The court order states the judge had reviewed and approved the settlement
agreement.
Despite Brett never providing the document, *Brett knowingly signed off on
this incorrect court order,* which resulted in my loss of court protection.
It's been a year, and the opposing party hasn't moved the fence; he won't
because he doesn't have to now. The case is closed.
