Email Body
Dear Brent,
I am writing to follow up on my written request dated January 28, 2026, to
Mr. Ledermeier for my complete client file relating to Sweatman v. Zeeman,
DeKalb County Superior Court, Case No. 21CV9795.
As of today, I have not received the requested materials or a production
timeline.
My request includes the complete client file maintained by Mr. Ledermeier
and the firm, including but not limited to all correspondence, drafts,
communications with opposing counsel, communications with Dekalb County,
the City of Brookhaven, communications with the surveyor and expediter, and
all versions of any proposed orders, plats, or related filings.
I am simply requesting production of my complete client file and would
appreciate confirmation of when it will be provided.
Thank you for your assistance.
Respectfully,
Sarah Zeeman
