Hi Steve,

I hope you are well.

During your site visit to the ROW's sinkhole on the corner of 2740 Grove St
NE/ Osborne Road on 4/19, you mentioned to email you if I had any questions
or thoughts. I don't know if this makes a difference, but it appears the
neighbor has their front roof downspout buried into the ground; I don't
know if that matters, but I can take a picture for you if you like.

During the visit, you inquired when it rains if I saw a water sheet flow
coming across the driveway.  After we had spoken, I observed the rain on
4/30, and I did see water coming in as a sheet flow right above the grass
and on the sidewalk into the driveway.
