Hi Katerina,

The flooding from the ATT box has caused the fence to rot around the
circumference with stagared deterioration along the fenceline. In some
parts the fence is collapsing due to the submersion and the inability to
dry out along the wet and uneven topography of the grounds caused by the
negligence from ATT structure/ makeshift dam. ATT’s continued negligence
and their desire to ignore my past requests has resulted in the backyard
unusable after each rainstorm.
