We have reviewed your additional request for reimbursement of the $1,426.60 fee for the transcript used by your private counsel and retained counsel for trial. After further consideration, without admitting liability and without acknowledging that we are required to issue any further reimbursement payment, and as an additional courtesy to you, we will be processing the payment to The Banks Law Firm in the amount of $1,426.60. In order to process the reimbursement, I will need a copy of The Banks Law Firm's W-9. Please provide a copy of the W-9 at your earliest convenience.
