As you know, we have attempted to work with you to resolve your past due account balance.  We have called and written to you and given you ample time to either contact us or make payment, which you have not done.  Accordingly, if I do not hear from you via phone, e-mail, or mail within 10 days of receipt of this letter, we will assess a continuing finance charge against the outstanding balance of your account from the date of any invoice, which remains unpaid.  In addition, we will have no choice but to pursue other methods to collect this debt.
