Good Afternoon Sarah,

The transcripts were ordered by your private counsel. Your private counsel did not reach out to me or Brett before ordering. I could not reach out to you with respect to any fees because I was not advised that your private counsel was ordering the transcripts.
It is important to note that there are matters within the lawsuit that are outside the scope of the title policy that your private counsel is handling. I am aware there was also another attorney appointed by your homeowner’s insurance for a portion of the lawsuit. I cannot speak to what your private counsel needed or has ordered with respect to those portions of the lawsuit that are outside the scope of the title policy.
Despite the Company not receiving any prior notice of these fees or providing approval for the fees, the Company has requested the check to reimburse you for $1,426.60.

As you are aware the deposition was a subpoena was filed by the opposing party. It was a requirement.

There was zero communication  by you or Brett on how the fees would be handled. As my representation,  you have a fiduciary responsibility to represent in all parts of this legal manner.

If you recall this is during the time of your suggestion for creative use of Brett’s escrow account to pay the opposing party 12,000.
