Hi Melinda,

I had a few questions on these charges. I believed the initial phone call was to see if my case could be taken on, and there was no charge.

I did not receive and execute engagement documents agreeing to work together until after 4 pm after the intro call.

Additionally, this lists a total of 12.8 hours for the counterclaim?
