I called Stewart’s corporate office to inquire why this reimbursement was still stalled and unpaid by Stewart.
Corporate provided me, the insurance policy holder, a W9 2024 form on your behalf, and it is filled out and attached to this email.

Please expedite the reimbursement.

As I previously explained, our accounting department is reviewing the matter. The firm provided a W-9 form that is not the current form used by the IRS. I am hoping that we can still proceed with the payment with the version of the form that was provided. However, I cannot guarantee accounting will accept it. I do not need anything further at this time. As soon as I have more information, I will provide an update.

I also want to note that I have not had a copy of the invoice since 2023. The invoice was sent directly to your private attorney as he was the party that ordered the documents. The approval for the payment of the transcript that your private attorney ordered was completed in March. I am working on getting the check out as soon as possible.

Stewart has had bill since 2023 and it is still unpaid.
