Marimar,

I called Stewart’s corporate office to inquire why this reimbursement was
still stalled and unpaid by Stewart.
Corporate provided me, the insurance policy holder, a W9 2024 form on your
behalf, and it is filled out and attached to this email.

Please expedite the reimbursement.

Eric, I have the recording of the conversation with corporate if you would
like it for your records.
