That's interesting as there is an additional paper application in returned PRR request. If there is no hard copy, could we get a screenshot of the Intake Application information from the applications done in Febraruy 2020?

I checked with staff. Katie in Building Permits told me that “The “additional” document requesting was included in the documents originally provided for the request. We don’t have hardcopy applications, but I provided the electronic record of said permit application, file name: Permitting – Summary – BLR20-00100.pdf.
Applications would be filled out online and not in a paper format anymore.
