That's interesting as there is an additional paper application in returned PRR request. If there is no hard copy, could we get a screenshot of the Intake Application information from the applications done in Febraruy 2020?
We also didn't see the emails to/from dominique.lockhart@brookhavenga.gov, can we get those too?

I checked with staff. Katie in Building Permits told me that “The “additional” document requesting was included in the documents originally provided for the request. We don’t have hardcopy applications, but I provided the electronic record of said permit application, file name: Permitting – Summary – BLR20-00100.pdf.
Applications would be filled out online and not in a paper format anymore.

Within this pdf of emails sent to Dekalb county, two emails refer to attachments of plans that are not included within the pdf. Could we locate these plans and any other attachments that were included in this email exchange?
