Hi Jeremy,

Thank you so much for the update — I truly appreciate your time and the
City’s efforts to review the request.

I did want to follow up with a quick clarification so I can better
understand the “no additional responsive records” determination.

Last year, Public Works (specifically Sean McCarthy) informed me in writing
that an investigation was being performed regarding the broken storm drain
and pipe in the right-of-way adjacent to my property, and that this
investigation took precedence over the open sinkholes/ROW subsidence ticket
(PW Ticket #4800069). That repair ticket will reach the one-year mark next
week and has not been repaired.

Because the investigation was referenced directly by Public Works, I wanted
to kindly ask whether the City could help me understand:

   1.

   Whether that investigation was completed;
   2.

If so, whether any records, notes, photos, or internal communications
were created as part of it; and
   3.

If the investigation produced no documents at all, whether a brief
written “no-records” statement can be provided so I understand the outcome
   clearly.

I’m not seeking to challenge the City’s response — I’m simply trying to
reconcile the written statement that an investigation was underway with the
indication that no responsive records exist. Any clarification you can
provide would be extremely helpful and very much appreciated.

Thank you again for your continued assistance and patience. I sincerely
appreciate everyone’s time.

Warm regards,
Sarah Zeeman
