Added to dropbox- and I asked mmatllaw to allow you access
*I'm emailing these directly to you in addition until you get access.
I'm not a lawyer, but not allowing me access to the requested information
from a paid FOIA/PRR for 10 months and denying the emails exist on more
than one occasion doesn't sound like they are following GA Sunshine laws.
