 The City Clerk’s Office has received your open records request for emails regarding Please provide: A full copy of the most recent CCTV video recording performed PRIOR to the January 2025 recording of the stormwater pipes at 2740 Grove Street NE, 2733 Osborne Rd NE, and 2741 Osborne Rd NE. Please include, but not be limited to, all associated inspection reports, videos, pictures, and review results. Please also include all documentation of observed defects and irregularities. Please be advised that we are working to identify and review responsive records pertaining to your request, and we expect to have it as soon as possible but no later than May 30th. 

 Please be advised that pursuant to O.C.G.A. Code Section 50-18-71 (d), if the cost of your request exceeds $25, we will contact you with a request for confirmation of payment before providing you with the responsive documents. In accordance to your approval to proceed, we will keep you updated if the time and/or amount of responsive records could cause any delay in production.
