My name is Sarah Zeeman, and I have lived at 2740 Grove Street NE,
Brookhaven, GA, since 2006 and have been a Brookhaven resident for 38 years.


I want to present my utmost concern with the long-term impacts of the
suggested subdivision of 1230 Kendrick Rd
<https://www.google.com/maps/search/1230+Kendrick+Rd?entry=gmail&source=g>.
This subdivision rezoning would be detrimental to our area, resulting in
more surface area cement and fewer trees. Adding to our decreasing tree
canopy and contributing to additional flooding within our neighborhood. The
residents would also be subject to increased traffic and noise. I oppose
this zoning proposal.
