STOP NUTS AND BERRIES expansionist legal chicanery.

I am against NUTS AND BERRIES expansion, zone changes
and usage of residential property to change  a residential zone into a commercial one.

Nuts and Berries has become the neighborhood BAZAAR, where the EVER DECREASING AND FAILING supplement
business has rented every square space on it's property to vagabonds, seemingly sleazy shoddy businesses
and are lowering the standards of the area (residential) by nothing more than greed.

This needs to be investigated for fraud, as it is a sham.  Nuts and Berries needs to be curtailed in it's disgraceful 
grab of residential property.  The three houses owned by The Nuts (and Berrie's) seem to have been
 purposely made into slums to force the issue.
and to use the N & B's slumlord's 3 residencial eyesores as a selling point to gain their goals
is a scandal. STOP NUTS AND BERRIES!

there's no hardship here, just a "desparate commercialed bazaar" looking to expand into a residential neighborhood,
NOT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS of Brookhaven,
but it's detriment!
