Please find the proposal attached for the fence work we discussed earlier today. The original boards used for your fence installation were cedar with pine framework, so I’ve provided that option in addition to all pressure treated pine.
If you're unsure of your exact property lines, we recommend calling Mac Rigdon to have your property lines staked - 404-429-2009. You will be responsible for the final placement of the fence. Also, let us know if we can
provide any documents you need for the Brookhaven permit application.
I've provided an option for the scalloped top trim board on your quote. Our standard is just straight across like the attached photo | sent.
To proceed, we would need a signed copy of the proposal returned, along with half deposit. Once received, lead time for installation is approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on material availability. Thanks for the opportunity to quote your project. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,

To: Sarah Zeeman szeeman@gmail.com That quote is for standard dog-eared privacy, like the two attached photos. The smaller posts and different design will be much less expensive, except Brookhaven wants a “decorative post” at the top. Would you like me to re Thanks, John Humble

To: Sarah Zeeman szeeman@gmail.com Sure. Here’s the updated quote for basic capped privacy. (Unfortunately, between the capped design and the 30%-40% increase on wood materials we've experienced through the past year, it’s still a lot more than the quote from 4 years ago.) [Quoted text hidden]

Would you like me to requote with a standard capped privacy - third photo below? At 6 ft tall, we can use 4x4 posts and eliminate the larger 6x6’s and post caps. If you still want 8 ft tall, we would need to stick with larger 6x6 posts, so there wouldn’t be much savings. We could do 7 ft tall though with 4x4’s. To: John Humble john@chambleefence.com Great, thanks! Would you mind adding the line item for the 58’ area as well. I'll have to approach that neighbor as well as we share that fence line too. Thanks so much. Sarah [Quoted text hidden] [Quoted text hidden]
