As the next-door neighbor of Diana and Jonathan Sweatman of 2746 Grove St NE, I hereby confirm my support for them to modify their existing backyard deck with a screened in area. I believe this will add to the aesthetics of their house and will have a positive effect on the value of the house and of the neighborhood. I have no objections to their proposed plans.
