I follow up with the City Clerk’s office and the IT department has search the data base and there are no e-mail with the search information you provided.

As you mentioned on 1/27 to direct all questions to you.
For PRR-125-2022, a document called - “plan submitted1.21.22” was provided in response to the PRR-125-2022 request.

Sandra and IT said there is no email record of this submission.
Can you help us understand more about this submission?
