Email Body
Gregory,

Are you not coming to the property as you stated on phone?
The entire lawn has been continuously watered and fertilized by a hired
lawn care company and they advised us the lawn none growth issue was from
the leftover asphalt in area from the city.

Could you please advise how the country would normally and appropriately
dispose of this type of asphalt that is left in the right of way? I do not
know OSHA and health standards for it's disposal and am unaware of how
this can be resolved in a safe manner.

Best
Sarah
