Ms. Zeeman,

The only building permit we have in the system is for the construction that occurred in the rear of the house with the screened in porch and the deck. The construction was only on the rear of the house and does not include the down drain on the front. The documents you sent don’t have enough information to determine if the undergrounding of the down spout required a permit or not. Per your open record request the City doesn’t have any responding documents.
