Hi Sean,

Thank you for your note regarding the stormwater pipe located in the
right-of-way (ROW) in my front yard, at the corner of Osborne and Grove.

It’s obviously disappointing to learn that the open ticket I submitted back
in December 2024—regarding the two sinkholes on my property in the
ROW—won’t be addressed further until fall 2025 or even early 2026. link-

In this note, you mentioned “a project in queue to investigate the storm
drain in the right-of-way adjacent to your property.”

This sounds like it may be a more urgent matter than the ongoing issues
I’ve been experiencing for the past eight years involving stormwater and
the ROW.

Could you please clarify which property this refers to and share any
additional details and the associated work order for that investigation?
