I propose (me or y'all) to call Linda Abaray COB Dir. Community development
c) 678-274-2574 to come to view the site:

  *   The 2 COB guys (Eric & Murray) who came to my home are buddies w/ Sweatman. They have "amnesia" from the site visit and are not communicating to Linda how outrageously Sweatman exceeded the scope & violation of the sewer easement. The original approval by DeKalb sewer is a condition required for the setback variance, Sweatman is violating it.

 Sweatman’s response to the countersuit. MORE SPOTLIGHTS he chooses to leave on all night. (Inside my home 9:40 pm Sunday)
