Ms. Zeeman,
If I had to guess why the service request was closed I would tell you it’s because it was a duplicate request for the same violation.  I am assuming we’re talking about 2746 Grove St.  I can also tell you the first service request has not been closed and I am still working the case.

If your request was for a different property, I could not tell you why it was closed since I did not close it.  Hope that helps.
