Email Body
Good morning Steve,

Checking in on your investigation into why the whole ROW/front yard has
settled 6+ inches all the way around on Osborne
<https://prnt.sc/HDedN2dZg9Q9> and Grove Street NE
<https://prnt.sc/SAdaTNSI5cVD>.

As you mentioned on 5/19, you would review the plans and permits for the
neighboring property's buried downspout (2746 Grove)
<https://prnt.sc/FdZwG-0mr2eB> to assist in the investigation.

What were those results?

Thank you so much for your continued work and attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Sarah
