Good morning Don,

Thank you so much for your prompt response to this matter. Seeing the
ticket closed so quickly for the sinkhole in the Right of Way was a
surprise!

I appreciate your explanation of an investigation process and that the area
has had additional sinkholes. You mentioned an engineer is assigned to
review this; who would that be, and will he come to the property in person?

I welcome the opportunity to make time available to meet him in person at
the property.
