Email Body
Hi the ticket #2687237 instructed me to send further questions to this
email
The *COB has been aware since **2/4/20 that there was a **Dekalb county
sanitary sewer easement on the rear of 2746 Grove Street NE* as a survey
and plans were included with the original application.
as shown in the BLR20-00100 Plans Submitted in #PRR-600-2021
The survey dated 3/4/20 has been submitted to the COB on multiple occasions
(and we can provide the dates). Per the PRRs the* Dekalb county sanitary
sewer easement is listed and shown on the** 3/24/20 survey*.
but the same 3/4/20 survey used in the variance hearing *had the sewer
line easement omitted from the version of the 3/4/20 survey presented at
the variance hearing.*
We are just trying to learn if there are any consequences for misleading
the COB into awarding a variance on top of a D*ekalb county sanitary
sewer easement *when the COB was already notified there was a sewer
easement in place?
Best Regards,
Sarah
