The last time we met, we agreed something could be done about the lost tree and foliage on our corner. Steve met us at the corner and agreed on reaching out to one of his contacts for options for the replacement and get back to us within a reasonable time. We were happy to hear that the City was on board and we had a like minded idea of what we could do to beautify our corner.

> So what happened? Sarah explained to me that her emails to check-in were not addressed and your request after she called for a status update was to identify exactly what we are looking for the City to do. Our request hasn’t changed, we took great care of the right of way prior to the hap hazard demolition of our vegetation and we agree we will once again maintain the right of way once that vegetation has been replaced. I was told a crew was coming onsite to clear up the broken asphalt from the top soil that was preventing the grass from growing (or anything from growing for that matter), yet they never showed. What can I do to get this back on track? I feel we’ve been persistent yet amicable. As there are multiple homes for sale on our block, we continue to come under pressure from the neighbors regarding the state of the corner. We have to bear this burden. Again, what can I do to help get this back on track? Would it be easiest for you if we met at your office to look over options? I’m no arborist, I’m not really sure what kind of foliage is within the cities budget. I know we would like something large to prevent road noise and to provide a natural barrier from easy trespass. But once again, I’m not sure how expensive greenery is. So I’m not sure what to ask for, hence I’ll submit to your expertise. I/we would like to help in anyway, but we lack the ability to move forward without your guidance.
