Thank you again for your help. All advice and guidance is appreciated.
It’s unsettling to witness my home, land and ROW deteriorating both inside
and outside, and not knowing how I can stop or fix it.

Is there a set date for the excavation, and were the February soil tests
different from the ones you are currently working on?
