Email Body
Don,
The ROW on the corner of 2740 Grove Street and Osborne continues to sink,
stay wet, and show subsidence around the entire area.
During the 2 separate excavations (May & June), Steve Osborn instructed me
to notify Public Works if I see any settlement and water issues. Therefore,
I’ve created ticket ID #3609204, which includes recent photos.

This has been going on since 2017; it is 6 years later.
Should I contact someone outside of the city to resolve this at this point?
Best,
Sarah
